Meet Your Practitioners

Guiding You with Expertise, Compassion, and Care

At Harmony Wellness, our team is made up of skilled, passionate practitioners who are committed to supporting your health through personalized, holistic care. Each practitioner brings a unique background and expertise to the clinic—but what we all share is a deep belief in the body’s ability to heal when given the right tools and environment.

OSTEOPATHY

Winter Danforth

Winter Danforth is the founder of Harmony Wellness and our Osteopath Manual Practitioner. She found her love for Osteopathy in 2016 after a sports-related injury. Winter graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2022. She treats the body as a dynamic unit of function and believes that when aligned, the body can self-heal and self-regulate.

Winter's patients have found Osteopathy to help with their symptoms, such as muscle and joint pain, back and neck pain,  headaches/migraines, digestive issues, reproductive health issues,  concussions, TMJ issues, colic babies and much more.

Winter's goal is to help align your body while understanding each patient has different needs. Winter tapers each treatment based on her findings during your assessment and helps align your body so it can self-heal and self-regulate.
